Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original packaging including all accessories, mark the RMA number clearly on the box, and ship it to our Canadian service center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the returned unit upon arrival, and once verified, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
